Job summary

Berger Paints in India is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our paint portfolio. You will generate leads, meet targets, and develop new customer relationships across dealers, contractors, architects, and end-users.

The role requires knowledge of the local market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. You will conduct market visits, organize product demonstrations, and ensure timely order booking and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of local market and dealer/distributor network.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and driven to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions using CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
