• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them at a regular basis

Job Description

The candidates will be assigned a territory where they have to generate sales by recruiting agents. They do not have to report to the office on a regular basis. The company will be providing a Tab, through which the candidates will look after the attendance

Qualification & Experience: Fresher MBA/PGDM

Salary: Upto 2.00 to 3.2 lacs p.a. & depends on Candidate’s Knowledge & Experience, not a constraint for right candidate.

• Freshers as Sales / Business Development.
• Candidate should have a good network, through which he / she can recruit agents.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance preferred
