Ultima Search is seeking a sales professional in Thane to achieve and surpass sales targets. The role involves market intelligence, building sales infrastructure, and managing customer outstanding, with emphasis on prompt follow-ups and site inspections.

Graduates in B.Sc Agriculture are preferred, with 2-4 years of experience in direct selling across B2C/B2B sectors. Location is Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications

• Direct selling experience in B2C/B2B industries.
• Experience in Real Estate/Insurance/Hospitality/Pharma preferred.
• Graduates in B.Sc Agriculture preferred.
• Experience 2-4 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achieving and surpassing Sales targets consistently; as agreed.
• Do due diligence towards gathering Market intelligence Existing & New Businesses.
• Aid in building appropriate sales infrastructure so as to service market demand.
• Manage customer outstanding as per Organizational policy.
• Picking up on potential sales leads/Sales enquiring and moving them for coming into our existing customer fold.
• Ensuring prompt and consistent handling of enquires/sales leads, preparing estimates & follow-ups.
• Exhibiting Professional and result oriented conduct.
• Carrying out timely Site Inspections & keep track of the same.
• Timely audit of Site inspection Reports.
• Ensuring renewal of contracts.
