Rentokil Initial in Noida is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive pest control opportunities, build new business, and retain clients. You will handle proposals, service agreements, and market development while coordinating with the service team to gather feedback.

The role requires graduate or MBA with strong sales knowledge and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Two-wheeler is mandatory for this field position.

Responsabilités

• Identify, source and secure pest control opportunities and long/short term business.
• Develop new business within existing and new customer bases following sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by meeting ongoing expectations and feedback.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities: proposals, service agreements, prospecting, market development.
• Support service team with customer feedback and reports; assist with debt collection.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
• To provide reports as per the requirement.
• To assist with debt collection
