Job summary

PolicyGhar in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, seeks a customer-focused Insurance Advisor to guide users through policy options and services. You will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable policies or features.

Training is provided for those not coming from an insurance background. Excellent communication and strong attention to detail are essential, along with basic computer skills and a willingness to assist customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend calls to provide information related to insurance policies and modifications to clients.
• Solicit sale of additional or new insurance products and services.
• Ensure requested changes were made to resolve customer problems.
• Cancel accounts and inform customers about claim investigations.
• Keep customers well-informed and satisfied at every interaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Keep customer transactions and interaction records including complaints, inquiries, comments, and actions.
• Send mails, newsletters, and other correspondence to customers.
• Protect the company reputation.
• Offer price quote information to prospective clients.

Job description

You will be the face of Policy Ghar interacting with our users directly. You will understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them. You will be hand holding our users in their insurance buying journey.

Also, if you are not from an insurance background, we have a rigorous training to get you up to speed.
