Job summary

Weekday AI seeks a results-driven sales professional for client accounts across Jaipur and other Indian cities. You will drive new business in metal paint sectors, manage key customers, and meet monthly and annual sales targets through technical product demonstrations and coordinated support from technical teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with direct experience in metal and epoxy paint markets.

• Must-have: direct to metal paints, epoxy paints.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business in target industries (fabrication, automotive components, appliances, furniture, architectural, oil & gas).
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring repeat business and high customer retention.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and volume/value goals.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for coating applications.
• Coordinate with technical/application teams to resolve customer issues (adhesion, finish quality, curing, color matching).
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts within approved margins.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Collect and process customer feedback for product improvement.
• Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with production/logistics for order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
