The role includes college visits, collaborations with companies, and business development to expand our training offerings. Freshers with good communication are welcome, with field visits and target-driven work as core requirements.

Qualifications

• Sales/Telecalling/Business Development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
• Explain training programs, fees, offers and enrollment process.
• Generate and convert leads into admissions.
• Visit colleges and educational institutions for business development.
• Coordinate and organize workshops, seminars and career sessions at colleges.
• Build and maintain collaborations with companies, organizations and industry partners for training, recruitment, corporate programs and other business opportunities.
• Identify potential companies and initiate communication to explore partnership and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate with companies for corporate training, employee skill-development programs, recruitment drives and placement-related opportunities.
• Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and student onboarding.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
