Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our Pune store. You will drive monthly and daily targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, and support in-store promotions and merchandising. The role requires good communication, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers in multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and demonstrate products.
• Assist customers to identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Prepare DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
