Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring for a full-time retail sales role in Hyderabad. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, achieve monthly and daily targets, and maintain store standards.

Freshers are welcome; graduates with 2 years of retail experience are preferred. Multilingual communicators and strong time-management skills are valued to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will handle promotions, stock requests, and ensure SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate candidates with 2 years of retail sales experience preferred, with B2C brands.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Strong communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette/timing.
• Complete trainings within defined timelines.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concepts.
• Demonstrate and present products and assist customers to identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Handle stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
