Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate for our Mumbai outlet. You will assist customers, demonstrate products, and help them choose the right perfume while meeting daily targets.

You will maintain store standards, stock, promotions, and SOP compliance, delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Fresh graduates welcome; prior retail experience is a plus and multilingual communication is valued to serve

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customer to outlet (Customer Approaching).
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrate and present products.
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• DSR and Daily checklists.
• Placing stock request to HO.
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox dept if required.
