Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a sales-oriented professional for a full-time role in Bengaluru. The candidate will engage customers, present MYOP concepts, and promote products while ensuring store standards and timely promotions.

Freshers are welcome, with preference for graduates having 2 years in retail sales. Responsibilities include inviting customers, product demonstrations, handling complaints, maintaining merchandising, and coordinating stock with HO.

Qualifications

• Freshers can also apply.
• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Inviting customers to outlet and introducing MYOP concept.
• Demonstrating and presenting products to customers.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store and store etiquette and timings.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to CX dept if required.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising; DSRS and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.

Completion of all trainings within the definedtimeline

• Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume .
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock .

Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cx dept if required.
