Job summary

MYOP in Jaipur is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You will engage customers, demo perfumes, present MYOP products, and guide shoppers to identify the right fragrance.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers may apply; bilingual ability is a plus; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2 years retail sales experience or freshers welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly and daily sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP and store etiquette and timings.
• Assist customers by presenting perfumes and helping identify the right fragrance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, manage stock requests, and handle customer complaints.
