Job summary

MYOP in Gurugram is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales associate to drive daily and monthly sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will demonstrate products, assist customers in selecting perfumes, and maintain store presentation while ensuring smooth stock flow and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years of retail experience preferred; freshers welcome.
• Strong communication and a passion for sales.
• Must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands
• Freshers can also apply
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
