• Work toward monthly and daily targets
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Demonstrate and present products
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept
• Assist customers to identify the right perfume
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to CX department
• Place stock requests to HO and receive stock

• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Completion of all trainings within the definedtimeline
• Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume .
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock .
• Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail saleswith any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates withexcellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be ableto communicate in multiple languages.
