Sales Executive — Field (Pan-India Travel)

Job summary

Semsonstech is seeking a field sales professional to travel across India, meeting jewellery manufacturers, factory owners and dealers. You will understand production bottlenecks and recommend machine solutions from our catalogue, from a Mini Pro setting machine to a full factory setup.

Most time will be spent in front of customers, demonstrating machines on-site or coordinating factory visits, with follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B or field sales; strong communication is a plus
• Willing and able to travel extensively across India, including outstation trips
• Confident presenting to factory owners and technical buyers
• Self-driven, able to work independently away from head office

Job description

This is a road role. You will travel across India to meet jewellery and diamond manufacturers, understand their production bottleneck, and show them how our machines fix it - from a single Mini Pro setting machine to a full ten-stage factory setup. Most of your week will be spent in front of customers, not at a desk.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a technical or business background is an advantage but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B or field sales - candidates with strong communication skills and no direct experience will also be considered
• Willing and able to travel extensively across India, including outstation trips
• Confident presenting to factory owners and technical buyers alike
• Self-driven - you will often be working independently, away from the head office
