Job Description – Field Sales Executive (B2B)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B)

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Purpose: Generate new business through field sales and achieve sales targets.

• 1 Generate new business opportunities through field visits, industrial area visits, cold calling, and customer references.
• 2 Visit OEMs, panel builders, crane manufacturers, system integrators, and end users.
• 3 Identify decision-makers and key contacts.
• 4 Understand customer requirements and provide technical/commercial solutions.
• 5 Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• 6 Prepare and follow up quotations.
• 7 Negotiate and convert enquiries into orders.
• 8 Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• 9 Generate repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• 10 Collect competitor and market information.
• 11 Plan daily/weekly sales visits.
• 12 Maintain CRM/MIS and visit reports.
• 13 Coordinate with internal departments for order execution.
• 14 Generate customer references/testimonials.
• 15 Attend exhibitions and customer events.
• 16 Submit weekly/monthly reports.
• 17 Manage travel plans and expenses.
• 18 Maintain professional conduct.
• 19 Update product and market knowledge.
• 20 Achieve monthly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or MBA (Marketing)
• Salary: 3.60 LPA
• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Field Sales
• Skills: Communication, Negotiation, MS Office, CRM
• Travel: Willing to travel extensively
• License: Two-wheeler & Driving Licence preferred
