Job summary

Pressfit is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to manage and expand its dealer and distributor network in Gulbarga (Kalaburagi), Karnataka.

You will grow sales across the assigned territory, build strong relationships with dealers, distributors and contractors, and generate orders through product demonstrations and promotional schemes, while ensuring timely payments and market feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in Electricals & Lighting, Plumbing & Piping, or Hardware & Paints is mandatory.
• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, distribution sales or dealer management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Graduate in any discipline. B.Com, BBA/BMS and BE/B.Tech candidates may apply.

Responsibilities

Candidates must have prior work experience in at least one of the following industries:

Candidates will receive training and mentoring from industry experts.
