Job summary

Crystal Works is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Sales Executive to drive government and enterprise cybersecurity wins across India. You will manage tenders, build relationships with CISOs and IT heads, and lead pre-sales demonstrations and proofs of concept.

The role requires expertise in GeM/CPPP processes, strong negotiation skills, and experience closing government deals, with willingness to travel to client sites and government offices across the country.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity sales with a proven government closing track record.
• Experience with government procurement processes (GeM, CPPP, tender docs, EMD/PBG, L1 bidding).
• Strong English and Hindi communication; strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Win government and enterprise deals across India, including tenders and bids.
• Manage pre-bid activities, demos, and proofs of concept with pre-sales.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and SI partners on pricing and registrations.
• Maintain CRM, tender tracker and pipeline forecasts; achieve quarterly targets.

Senior Cyber Security Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Win business from central and state government departments, ministries, PSUs, defence, police and other law enforcement agencies, and from enterprise accounts.
• Track tenders on GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals, and bid on them.
• Prepare techno-commercial bids, pre-qualification documents, EMD and PBG paperwork, and RFP responses.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and build relationships with officials, CISOs, IT heads and purchase committees.
• Sell cybersecurity and digital forensics solutions, including forensic labs, forensic tools and investigation services.
• Run presentations, demos and proofs of concept with the pre-sales team.
• Work with OEMs, distributors and system integrators on deal registration, pricing and consortium bids.
• Negotiate and close deals, then follow through on purchase orders, delivery and payment collection.
• Meet quarterly order-booking and revenue targets.
• Keep the CRM, tender tracker and pipeline forecast accurate.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of cybersecurity sales experience, with a proven record of closing government business.
• Hands-on experience with government procurement, including GeM, CPPP, tender documentation, EMD/PBG and L1 bidding.
• Existing relationships with central or state government departments, PSUs or law enforcement agencies.
• Working knowledge of these areas:
• Network and firewall security
• Endpoint security (EDR/XDR)
• Identity and access management (IAM, PAM)
• Cloud security
• SIEM and SOC services
• VAPT
• Data loss prevention (DLP)
• Digital forensics: disk, mobile and network forensics, forensic labs and incident investigation
• Managed security services
• Bachelor's degree, preferably B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable using a CRM and Microsoft Office.
