Job summary

Celltricks Biotech is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive the sale of biopharma consumables and reagents. You will identify new business leads, maintain client relationships, and deliver product presentations to communicate value.

You will coordinate with Scientific, Product Development, Purchase, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to meet customer needs. The role requires strong communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation

Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of process-related biopharma consumables and reagents.
• Identify and generate new business leads while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product value to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scientific, Product Development, Purchase, Logistics, and Warehouse.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Continuously update knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends.
• Provide demand forecasts to support operational planning.
• Assist in preparation of marketing materials and sales support documentation.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
