Job summary

Aunix.in is seeking a smart, results-oriented Sales Executive to lead tile adhesives sales across Delhi NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh. You will develop dealer networks, engage contractors and architects, and drive growth in a challenging, expanding market.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively. Local market knowledge will be an advantage; graduates are preferred but not mandatory.

Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales through dealers, distributors, contractors, architects.
• Identify new customers and expand the distribution network.
• Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities.
• Track competitor products, pricing and market activities.
• Provide timely market feedback and support product demonstrations wherever required.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required in a growing company environment.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in tile adhesives, construction chemicals, tiles or other building materials.
• Smart, confident and persuasive communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven, energetic and willing to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of Delhi NCR / Western UP markets will be an advantage.
• Graduate preferred; relevant experience will be given greater importance than qualification.

Compensation

Fixed salary + attractive performance-linked incentives, with earning potential directly linked to business performance.
