Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team for Acer laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a strong interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Promote and sell Acer laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, and related products.
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits in a simple and effective manner.
• Recommend products according to customer needs and budget.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
• Cross-sell accessories, extended warranties, and value-added services.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure high showroom standards.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the complete sales process.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer interaction records.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in laptop, computer, mobile, consumer electronics, or retail sales will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and consumer electronics.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 18,000 to 24,000 per month, based on experience and skills
