Job summary

Nishal Gems is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B client base for lab-grown diamonds, serving jewelers, wholesalers, and trade buyers in India and abroad.

You will own the sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing, building strong relationships and leveraging CRM tools. The role suits a self-motivated professional with good negotiation skills and a willingness to learn about lab-grown vs natural diamonds.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in diamonds, gems & jewelry, or related luxury/export industry.
• Strong understanding of diamond grading (4Cs), certification standards, and market dynamics (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with international client communication (email, calls, WhatsApp Business)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

About The Role

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in diamonds, gems & jewelry, or a related luxury/export industry
