Job summary

Astral Pipes in Pune invites a results-driven Executive to Senior Executive / Assistant Area Sales Manager to drive plumbing category sales across multiple territories. You will lead dealer networks, execute sales strategies and monitor monthly targets with discipline.

The role requires field visits, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel; a graduate with MBA in Sales & Marketing and 3–7 years of B2C building material sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant sales experience (B2C) in building material industries.
• Experience in working with Building Materials companies.
• Willing to travel multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Achieving predefined sales targets.
• Executing sales strategies to increase sales, market share and counter share.
• Providing daily updates regarding sales volumes and participating in sales meets.
• Monitoring sales to key dealer accounts and sales to projects.
• Conducting daily field visits to understand the market, build relationships with dealers and focused on sales target achievement.
• Ensuring achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales Plan and targets of respective state.
• Resolving dealer issues and acting as a first contact point for any issues.
• Supporting dealer expansion in identifying and converting.
