You will handle direct inquiries, guest communications, revenue reporting, and collaborations with operations for check-ins and guest requests.

• Manage reservations and bookings for multiple properties.
• Manage OTAs including MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda and Airbnb
• Manage Yanolja Cloud (Ezee) PMS and Channel Manager
• Update room rates, availability and inventory across OTAs.
• Monitor competitor pricing and implemented rate changes.
• Handle direct enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
• Manage Meta leads and followed up for booking conversions.
• Prepare quotations and handled guest booking queries.
• Coordinate with operations for check-ins, special requests and guest requirements.
• Manage OTA listing content, policies and property information.
• Handle cancellations, modifications and payment-related queries.
• Prepare revenue, occupancy and booking performance reports.
• Coordinate with OTA partners for listing and booking-related issues.
• Manage guest reviews and online reputation.
