Job summary

Lore Resort & Convention in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive room bookings, events, conferences, weddings, and other resort services. You will generate new business and promote resort facilities to corporate and leisure clients.

You will build relationships with clients, prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Banquets and Operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase resort revenue.
• Promote room packages, banquets, weddings, conferences, corporate events, restaurants, and other resort facilities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and market visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, and other business partners.
• Conduct property visits and presentations for prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized packages based on client requirements.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate rates and packages within approved company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
