Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in tele‑sales or a similar sales role.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Financial Knowledge: Prior experience in tele‑sales within the financial industry, particularly loans and credit, is preferred.
• Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with secured loans, unsecured loans, and CIBIL is crucial.
• BFSI Sales: Experience in the business loan is mandatory.
