Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing and prospective clients through calls and emails.
• Prepare and share quotations and other required documents with clients.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Minimum Wages, etc.
• Basic understanding of salary structure and salary processing.
• Prepare salary workings, salary breakups, arrears, DA calculations, and payroll-related reports.
• Handle PF and ESIC-related documentation.
• Verify Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), amendments, rates, and contract-related billing requirements.
• Coordinate with the Operations & clients to resolve billing and salary-related discrepancies.
