Job summary

4S SAFETY PVT LTD is seeking a field sales professional with a strong background in industrial safety products. The role requires 15 years of experience in PPE, Fire Safety, MRO, or related B2B sales and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

The candidate should be comfortable with travel for field sales and proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP software. Knowledge of PPE, safety gear, and safety equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Industrial Safety, PPE, Fire Safety, MRO, Industrial Products, or B2B Sales.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate new business and manage existing customer accounts.
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety products such as PPE, Safety Shoes, Helmets, Gloves, Fall Protection, and Fire Safety Equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 years of experience in Industrial Safety, PPE, Fire Safety, MRO, Industrial Products, or B2B Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate new business and manage existing customer accounts.
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety products such as PPE, Safety Shoes, Helmets, Gloves, Fall Protection, and Fire Safety Equipment.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software.
• Valid driving license and own two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred for field sales roles).
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates with experience in dealing with manufacturing plants, construction companies, mining, power plants, steel, cement, or engineering industries will be preferred.

• Local market knowledge and an existing customer network in the assigned territory.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
