Job summary

KGK Group in Jaipur is seeking a detail-oriented sales executive to manage the end-to-end sales process. You will open orders, price and catalogue items in collaboration with the manager, and prepare offer sheets based on customer designs.

You will coordinate with PDD, Diamond, PPC, production and shipping to ensure on-time production, while handling customer queries and providing required data to the manager. Proficiency in Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• End to end process of Sales Execution.
• Order Opening, Pricing & Cataloguing in coordination with manager.
• Offer Sheet preparation based on designs selected by customers.
• Strong follow up with internal departments such as PDD, Diamond, PPC, production and shipping to complete production cycle within given time frame.
• Responsible for all the query redressal in coordination with various related departments for smooth manufacturing process.
• Work accordingly strategies developed by managers.
• Key point of contact for customer throughout the production cycle and after for all the related day to day queries.
• Technical skills(Excel)
• Provide required data to manager as per requirements.
