Job summary

ClearCover in Bengaluru is seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive to independently manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closure. You will build a strong pipeline with SME/MSME clients and engage Founders, HR Heads, CFOs to propose GMC, GPA, GTL, Workmen Compensation, Property, Marine, Cyber and Liability solutions.

The role requires proactive networking, cold calling, referrals, and maintaining CRM records, with a focus on meeting premium and revenue targets and sustaining long-term

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Prospect and qualify SME/MSME businesses and identify decision-makers.
• Sell and cross-sell insurance solutions including GMC, GPA, GTL, Workmen Compensation, Property, Marine, Cyber and Liability.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve premium/revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with Founders, HR Heads, CFOs and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client placement and servicing.
