Job summary

HDFC Life in Dehradun seeks a dedicated sales professional to drive life insurance revenue through Bancassurance and bank partnerships. You will manage relationships with bank branch managers and staff, generate fresh prospects from walk-ins, referrals, and bank databases, and identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.

You will also enable channel teams to use digital tools and ensure high-quality, persistency-driven renewals, contributing to robust business performance.

• Drive Sales: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets through life insurance products.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff (primarily for the Bancassurance channel).
• Lead Generation: Generate prospects via walk-ins, customer referrals, and bank databases.
