We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.

• Meet, Greet, and direct customers
• Provide accurate information about the product and its specifications (e.g. product speciality, quality, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Understanding and fulfilling the product and service needs of the customer
• Increasing the basket size of the customer by suggesting different products
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers
• Maintaining the inventory of your respective counter and section
• Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges of products as per the company policy
• Coordinate with the team members to provide excellent customer service
• Inform customers about campaigns, collections, and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services offered by the company
• Record CLR along with reason and follow up with your CLRs regularly
