Job summary

SalaryBox in Gurgaon, India invites you to join its early-stage B2B SaaS sales team. As a Freshers or junior sales professional, you will engage inbound leads, understand requirements, and present SalaryBox's value proposition.

You will qualify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, perform product demos, handle objections, and coordinate with onboarding to ensure smooth closures. Strong English and Hindi communication helps you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of sales/BD experience.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads and understand their requirements.
• Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demos and explain SalaryBox's value proposition.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Handle basic customer objections and work towards closures.
• Maintain lead and opportunity details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the onboarding/customer success team after closure.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements
