Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at FERRO SAPIENS FITNESS CLUB in Kochi. The Sales Executive will handle daily member inquiries, conduct tours of the facility, and explain membership plans and services. Responsibilities include converting leads into memberships, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves building strong relationships with members, coordinating with the operations and training teams, participating in local marketing initiatives, and representing the club professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, including lead conversion, relationship building, and handling objections.
• Basic marketing and communication abilities to support promotional campaigns and clearly present membership options.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and explain fitness services confidently.
