Job summary

The Muthoot Group in Delhi is seeking a sales lead to drive gold loan targets across multiple regions. You will coordinate with the BDOs and the sales team, and focus on acquiring new customers through scale-up efforts.

You will supervise BDM/BDO/Sales teams, monitor daily activities, and support outbound staff with weekly performance reviews and training. Strong English communication and proficiency in Excel/Word are required.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Gold Loan targets from BDOs/Sales team in respective regions.
• Coordinate with BDM/Sales team.
• Drive new customer acquisition through scale-up in different regions.
• Supervise and monitor BDM/BDO/Sales teams.
• Monitor Team Leaders’ daily activation and DRR achievement in zones.
• Monitor NKYC campaign leads and calling conversions in zones.
• Monitor outbound sales staff weekly performance and support their learning.
• Monitor weekly sales promotion activities and outcomes.
• Provide support in implementing new initiatives.
