Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a capable Front Line Sales Manager to lead a regional team of BDOs/SA and outsourced staff. You will guide, train, and monitor the team to achieve sales targets and ensure effective execution of planned strategies. Regular region-wide travel is required to support branches and marketing efforts.

The role demands 4–8 years in BFSI/NBFC, with prior team handling experience, and a Graduate/MBA qualification. Attractive incentives and annual bonuses accompany the package.

Responsibilities

Job Description-BDM

• He will be the Front line sales Manager & monitor Sales activity by his team of BDOs / SA s/ Office Boys / Sales Executive (Outsourced) in his Region.
• He should guide, train, monitor & Coach his team on a regular basis for improving their business outcome.
• He Would be responsible for the Sales Target of the Region by perfect planning of Sales activities & deputation of his BDOs / SA s/ Office Boys / Sales Executive( Outsourced)in concurrence to RM and submit to Corporate Office on or before 25th of previous month to ensure the start of activities from 1st Day of the month.
• He is the Outbound Sales Head of his Region & Should ensure proper functioning of the Sales Department in concurrence & guidance of the RO Set Up.
• He would be responsible to ensure that none of his assigned branches are in the weak and loss making category.
• He would also co-ordinate the marketing effort in conjunction with his team and provide proactive feedback on market response.
• He would also be responsible to ensure viability of marketing activities carried out and provide feedback to the RM & Departmental Head at CO (N) regarding the customer response.
• He would monitor the competitor activities and provide feedback to the RM and departmental Head at CO (N).
• He has to visit all his assigned branches at list once every quarter to Motivate sales staff & to conduct Sales activities by visiting branch catchment are to support the Branches as advised by Regional Head / Sales Head (CO-N)

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/MBA in any discipline is only preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4 - 8 years of experience in the BFSI/NBFC sector
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory

Age Criteria

• Preferred age: 28 - 38 years
