Muthoot Finance in India seeks a result-driven sales leader to drive gold loan targets across multiple regions. You will coordinate with BDOs/BDMs and lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while accelerating new customer acquisition.

The role emphasizes monitoring performance, providing coaching, and implementing new initiatives to grow market share in Delhi and surrounding areas. Strong English communication and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving assigned Monthly, Quarterly and annually targets of Gold Loan from the BDOs/Sales team of the respective regions.
• Coordination with BDM/Sales team.
• Primarily responsibility of new customer Acquisition through Scale-up in different regions.
• Supervising and monitoring of BDM/BDO/Sales team.
• Monitor Team Leaders Sales Teams daily activation and DRR achievement of respective Zones.
• Monitor NKYC Campaign Leads calling conversion of respective Zones.
• Monitor outbound sales staff weekly performance and ensure their learning and support them.
• Monitor weekly Sales Promotion Activities and business outcome.
• Provide support in implementation of New Initiatives.
