Sales Executive (Outbound, Email-First, High-Ticket Closer)

📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time | 💰 Base + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can do three things very well:

• Write cold emails that get replies
• Nurture leads into high-trust convos
• Close high-ticket retainers with confidence

If you’ve closed high-value service deals and know how to guide a prospect from cold contact to paid client — we want to talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Write sharp, custom outbound emails (no spray-and-pray)
• Nurture leads across email, DMs, and calls
• Build trust over time — follow-ups, insights, value
• Run discovery calls and close deals
• Help us refine sales messaging and playbooks

You Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket retainers (₹3L+ or equivalent/month)
• Exceptional writing skills (especially in cold email & follow-up)
• Deep understanding of the buyer journey for service-based offers
• High EQ — you know when to push, when to listen, and when to ask the hard questions
