Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume is hiring for a retail sales role in Ernakulam, Kerala. You will drive daily and monthly sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and support stock management and promotions within a busy store environment.

Freshers encouraged to apply; strong communication and passion for sales are key. Multilingual ability is preferred to serve diverse customers in-store.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within defined timeline.

Key Task

  • Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
  • Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales

Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
