Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a candidate responsible for client communication and coordination, site visits for technical discussions, and understanding customer requirements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth execution and follow-up on project tasks.

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to project locations as assigned, including areas across Ahmedabad and Maharashtra. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a passion for customer relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Client communication and coordination.
• Site visits for measurement and technical discussions.
• Understanding customer requirements and preparing technical solutions.
• Coordination with design, production, and purchase departments.
• Follow-up on quotations, orders, and project execution.
• Ensuring smooth execution of work at the workshop level.
• Preparation of basic technical reports and site visit reports.
• Customer relationship management and business development support.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as per project requirements.
• Candidate must be ready to visit and work at project locations across Ahmedabad, Maharashtra, and other locations in India as assigned by the company.
• Travelling may be required on short notice depending on project and customer requirements.
