Role Description

The Sales Engineer will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their technical and business requirements and demonstrate how BETA’s software solutions address those needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering product presentations, conducting technical demonstrations, and supporting the sales team with solution design and proposal development. The role will involve responding to technical inquiries, collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve issues, and providing post-sale technical support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and clients to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution design, technical presentations, and pre-sales support.


• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including opportunity qualification, collaboration with account executives, and understanding of sales cycles.


• Candidates should possess Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and guidance on product implementation.


• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain technical concepts clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.


• Relevant experience in software or IT solutions, preferably in a product-based environment.


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).


• Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for learning new technologies and product features quickly.
