Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or technical sales is preferred.

• Proven track record of presenting to clients and closing deals.

Major Accountabilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEMs, suppliers, and distributors.
• Understand client requirements and technical specifications to propose suitable products and solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to address technical inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and support pre-sales activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the automotive sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads generated through market research and networking.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
• Utilize deep technical knowledge of automotive products, systems, and technologies to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process, including product selection, customization, and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
• Provide input to product development teams based on customer feedback and market insights.
