Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and customer references.
• Promote and sell Fiber Laser Cutting, Welding, Marking, and related industrial laser solutions.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable laser solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with the application and service teams during machine installation.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs, fabricators, automotive, engineering, and sheet metal customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales reports.
• Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
