Gea Group in Gurugram (Haryana) seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to drive Pumps and Pharma sales for valves and pumps, including new machines. You will develop market reach, manage dealer networks, and own order booking and payments while targeting key geographies.

You must be dynamic, transparent, and strategic, able to work in an organized environment, and travel extensively to meet clients and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in selling capital equipment and machinery.
• Dynamic, committed, transparent and open-minded with independent and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively and operate in an organized environment with process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pumps and Pharma sales for valves and pumps new machines.
• Ensure market reach and penetration in target geographies - direct as well as through dealer / distributor / agents.
• Own and deliver order booking and sales as per target product mix.

• Pumps and Pharma Sales Role for Business Unit Valves and Pumps New Machines
• To ensure market reach and penetration in target geographies - direct as well as through dealer / distributer / agents
• To own and deliver order booking and sales as per target product mix.
• Identify and actively search for new prospects across territory
• Make effective approach and presentation to the target clients
• Act responsibly for overall sales and payment process
• Build good rapport with the prospective clients and keep up the image of Company in the market

Performance will be measured against specific targets, and the overall contribution to the organization growth.
