• Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency.

This Position reports to: Sales Director - North & South India

Your role and responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales of B&R's next-generation technology, machine connectivity, automation and edge, high-end motion systems, and technology software solutions in the southern region and market. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement.
• The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
• This role is contributing to the Automation Division-B&R in Bangalore/ Chennai, India. Main stakeholders are Customers (OEMs, system integrators, and end users), channel partners, internal sales/application engineering teams, project execution teams, and business leadership.
• You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Build and maintain good customer and partner relationships to generate opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop and present tailored techno-commercial solutions.
  • Handle negotiations and complete successful deal closures to meet business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote B&R technologies through customer engagement, industry events, CRM forecasting, and after-sales growth initiatives.

Qualifications for the role:
