Job summary

Novel Automation Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive field sales professional to service machines on-site at customer factories and train operators and technicians. You will also visit current and potential customers to present our banding and bundling concepts, and to conduct ROI analysis.

You will identify market opportunities, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs, delivering measurable sales growth through effective communication and closing

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and ambitious with customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of machines.
• 1–2 years field experience in servicing or selling packaging/industrial machines.
• Strong communication and closing skills with clients.

Role & responsibilities :

This is totally Field Work your primary responsibilities will be to service machines On-site at customer factory and provide training to operators and Technicians and you will be also required to visit present / potential customers and present our inovative Banding and Bundling Concept to shope floor and top management.

Study the present method of packing and suggest our method by preparing ROI and cost benifit analysis V/S other makes.

• Identify potential customers through lead generation and cold calling.

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Self motivated and Ambitious, Hard and Smart worker ready to respond to customers needs in urgency even on Holidays.

Inclination to learn technical aspects of our machines

Prefered 1-2 yrs hands on Field Exp in Servicing / Selling Packaging / Industrial Machines.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients; convincing power for closing deals.
