Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timely communication.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and calls with clients and channel partners.
• Maintain digital filing system for contracts and sales materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, logistics to ensure campaigns, pricing updates, deliveries.
• Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and product sheets.
• Monitor stock/lead times to help meet delivery timelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating with customers and provide information to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
• Scheduling meetings, demos, and calls between sales team members and potential clients and Channel Partners.
• Maintaining and organising a digital filing system of contracts, client communication, and sales materials.
• Collaborating with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns, pricing updates, and deliveries.
• Assisting in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, and product sheets for client meetings.
• Monitoring stock levels or lead times (when relevant), helping the team meet customer expectations and delivery timelines tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Coordinator preferably in the Wealth Management segment.
• Must be fluent in English/ Bengali & Hindi
