Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via calls and virtual meetings for relationship management, revivals, and follow-ups.
• Collect and analyze client experience feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Assist in processing client orders and coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Provide backend support for order management, invoicing, and documentation.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
• Represent the company professionally, showcasing knowledge of the luxury jewelry domain.
• Enhance the client experience through personalized communication and attention to detail.
