Key Responsibilities

• Client Education: Provide basic information to clients about stock market services, trading, investment products, and the companys offerings.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for senior sales or relationship managers to close business deals.
• Data Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented.
• Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting the companys services and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Customer Service: Address customer queries related to broking services, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-ups.

Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales coordination or telecalling, preferably in the financial services or broking industry.
