Meril is seeking a Dental Sales Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales coordination for dental products across PAN India. You will handle inquiries from dentists, clinics, hospitals, and distributors, prepare quotations and invoices, and maintain robust client relationships.

You will track orders, deliveries, and payments, update sales reports, and collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding appointments and client visits.
• Track orders, deliveries, payments, and pending requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Explain basic product features, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain good relationships with dentists and clinic staff.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Monitor stock availability and inform the sales team about shortages.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales updates.
• Use CRM, Excel, email, and other office tools for sales coordination.
